Drivers aged 25 and over
The minimum age to drive an ADM rental car is 25. Share the driver details and a valid driving licence with ADM when arranging the rental.
ADM confirms the documents and any additional requirements for your chosen car before the booking. Every authorised driver must be included in the rental agreement.
A pre-authorisation. Not a deposit payment.
The security deposit is handled only through a card pre-authorisation: the agreed amount is temporarily reserved on the card, rather than collected as a deposit payment.
That reserved amount reduces the available card balance or limit while the hold is active. The deposit amount and accepted card requirements are confirmed in your proposal. The rental charge is separate from the security deposit.
At return, ADM checks the car and closes the rental under the agreed terms. Ask ADM about the release of the hold; when the available balance updates also depends on your card issuer. We do not promise a fixed bank processing time.
Mileage, cover and your route
Your written proposal specifies the mileage allowance, the rate for additional kilometres, insurance cover and the applicable excess. Check these details for the exact car and dates you choose.
Tell ADM about every country you intend to visit and your collection and return locations. Delivery, cross-border travel and one-way returns require confirmation for the journey.
From your request to the handover
Choose your car and share your dates, destination and expected mileage. ADM checks availability and prepares the rental and delivery proposal.
Review the total, included services, payment schedule, deposit pre-authorisation and cancellation or change conditions before accepting. A website enquiry does not reserve a car.
At handover and return, check the vehicle condition and the agreed mileage and fuel arrangements together. Keep your proposal and rental agreement for reference.
Advertising measurement & privacy
Google Ads is optional and loads only after you choose Allow measurement. Refusing has no effect on contacting ADM or using the website. We measure three actions: clicking a WhatsApp link, clicking an email link, and completing the form to view your request summary. A summary remains in your browser until you choose a contact method; none of these actions confirms a message sent, a request received by ADM, a booking or a payment.
With consent, Google may process your IP address, browser information, the page address without its query parameters or fragment, and advertising attribution using its cookies. Each event has a random identifier to avoid duplicate counts; it is not a customer or order number. Our measurement events do not include form fields, messages, names, email addresses or conversion values. This integration does not use Google Analytics and configures the Google tag with enhanced conversions, Google Signals and advertising personalization disabled.
Your choice is saved in this browser under adm.ads-consent.v2 and remains valid for 180 days. The record contains only your choice, its date and the policy version. A choice saved for the earlier WhatsApp-only scope does not authorize these three actions; we ask you to choose again. Before acceptance, this integration loads no Google tag and sends no measurement requests or cookieless pings. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts only for the current page.
Use Advertising preferences on any page to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance clears accessible Google Ads attribution cookies on this domain and reloads the page to stop the Google tag. This does not remove data already received by Google or cookies on other domains.
