Include the airport, flight number, arrival date and scheduled landing time. Distinguish the flight time from your preferred handover time, allowing for the steps after landing.
Agree on a meeting point.

Think about the return.
Specify whether the car will return to the same airport or another address. Add the departure time and any constraints so delivery and return can be considered together.
